Ravens Week 6 Recap

    The Ravens played against the New England Patriots in New England in a tightly fought game, as many expected it to be.
    Billy Cundiff kicked a 26-yard field goal to give the Ravens the early 3-0 lead in the 1st quarter. The Ravens trailed 7-3 heading into the second quarter, until Joe Flacco threw a 16-yard touchdown pass to Todd Heap, which gave the Ravens the10-7 lead, which would stand until the end of the half.
    In the 3rd quarter the Ravens scored on a 25-yard touchdown pass  from Joe Flacco to Anquan Boldin to give the Ravens the lead 17-7. The Ravens were wining going into the 4th quarter. In the 4th quarter, the Ravens scored on a 25-yard field goal by Billy Cundiff. The Ravens led 20-10 and it looked liket he Ravens were going to win, but the Patriots scored 10 unanswered points to tie the game and send it into overtime. In overtime, the Patriots would pull out the win on a field goal with 2 minutes left. The loss puts the Ravens in second place with a 4-2 record.
    Joe Flacco had a good game, passing for 285 yards and 2 touchdowns. The offense gaind 377 total yards. The defense did not look bad either, and should get even better from this point with the addition of safety Ed Reed who is back from an injury that put him out for the first 6 weeks of the season.
