The Austin Powers movies are some of my favorite movies of all time. They are intended to be comic versions of the James Bond movies, making fun of the plot and characters in these movies. There are three different movies in this series. They are International Man of Mystery, The Spy Who Shagged Me, and Goldmember. Mike Myers is the lead actor in the Austin Powers series, playing a few different rolls in the movie, such as Austin Powers and Doctor Evil.
All of the movies in the series are based around the villain Doctor Evil's attempt to control the world. He attempts to do so by threatening the government to give him large amounts of money or else he will use things to make them give the money over, such as placing a rocket on the moon. A British spy, Austin Powers, has to work to stop Doctor Evil from carrying out his evil plans and prevent him from taking control of the world.
I would highly recommend for people to watch the Austin Powers movies. They add humor and comedy to the James Bond movies. It is interesting to see the James Bond movies being made fun of.
