Ravens Week 2 Recap

The Ravens played the Cincinnati Bengals on the road in week 2. Unlike in Week 1, the Ravens did not look good, losing 15-10.
It seemed as if Baltimore might win as they led midway through the 4th quarter 10-9, but the Bengals scored 6 unanswered points in the last five minutes of the game. The Ravens' offense was driving with 2 minutes left in the game, when Joe Flacco threw his fourth interception to wrap up the game.
The Ravens' scoring came on a 31-yard touchdown pass to Derrick Mason from Joe Flacco in the 3rd quarter and on a 38-field goal by Billy Cundiff in the 4th quarter.
The Ravens' defense was one of the few bright spots in the game. They held the Bengals to five field goals and no touchdowns, while allowing the Bengals to gain only 253 total yards of offense.
With their loss against the Bengals, the Ravens fell to 1-1 on the season and are now currently in third place in the AFC North. They are 1 game out of first place behind the 2-0 Pittsburgh Steelers. Hopefully the Ravens' offense will wake up in time for their week 3 contest at home against the Cleveland Browns.
