Ravens Week 9 Recap

The Ravens took on the Miami Dolphins at home during Week 9. Coming into the game, the Ravens were undefeated at home and the Dolphins were undefeated on the road, so something had to give.
In the first quarter, Willis McGahee caught a 32-yard touchdown pass from Joe Flacco to give the Ravens the 7-0 lead. The Dolphins scored a touchdown later in the quarter to tie it up 7-7. In the second quarter, Billy Cundiff kicked two field goals to give the Ravens the 13-10 lead going into halftime.
In the third quarter, Joe Flacco threw a 12-yard touchdown pass to Derrick Mason to add to the Ravens lead and making the score 20-10. In the fourth quarter, Billy Cundiff scored once again to seal the win for the Ravens, 26-10.
The Ravens improved their record to 6-2 with the win and are tied for first place with the Steelers. It was an overall good team effort, especially on the defensive side of the ball. The Ravens next game is Thursday night against the Atlanta Falcons in Atlanta. This will be a nationally televised game starting at 7 pm on the NFL Network and in Baltimore on WBAL-TV 11.
